In Jhelum, the plants planted by Federal Minister Fawad Chaudhry two years ago have become tenacious trees.
According to the report of the news agency, Prime Minister Imran Khan’s vision of Green Pakistan has started to become a reality in Bajwala area of Jhelum. Two years ago, more than 36,000 plants were planted on 35 acres of land in one day.
According to the report, this area of 35 acres has been turned into a dense forest. Fruit and flowering plants are being planted at government level in different parts of the city this spring as well as being distributed among the citizens free of cost.
In this regard, Divisional Forest Officer Jhelum Sudhir Ahmad Mughal said that these plants planted 2 years ago have now turned into trees ranging from 10 feet to 16 feet. The monitoring team has inspected the area for 2 years and at present Also 95% of the plants are in place.
